We would love to come along side you to cut out some of the noise and help make these sometimes overwhelming decisions seamless and less stressful. Includes support and planning throughout the whole process. From the day you hire us to your post wedding events - we are with you every step of the way.
Full Weekend Plan Details
Pricing for this package is based on an 12% retainer for all weekend events OR a base rate of $12,595 (whichever number is greater). Items not calculated as part of the 12% retainer include any personal attire (tuxes, dresses, jewelry, etc) and any guest or family overnight hotel accommodations.
Should the scope of the project and its corresponding budget increase to an extent that additional payment beyond the $12,595 minimum is due as part of the Consultant’s fee, the balance due will be invoiced as soon as the final headcount and final budget are confirmed – likely 7-14 days prior to the wedding day.
Any additional remaining balance, including reimbursement of expenses, will be due no later than the day of the wedding, or within five (5) days of the presentation of the invoice or receipt by the Consultant, whichever is sooner.

There are lots of details that go into the design process - especially of the space that will set the tone for your day. Sometimes it's hard to see all the pieces come together in your head when it is not right in front of you.
We do multiple setups where you can actually see your design. From a 3D model of your room to an in person rental mockup we want to make sure you can fully visualize the day!

Every wedding has at least 2 planners on site. If we could duplicated people, we would but we believe that two heads are better than one. This team mentality doesn't just mean that we collaborate with just us.
We work with your other vendors to make sure you have the best experience possible. Filling in any gaps if needed.

When Lauren & Brian started working with us they had parted ways with another planner. They had a few vendors lined up but needed help creating the perfect design to pull it all together. It was important for them to have lots of dancing and a band. We interviewed a few and found the perfect fit for them. Their day was so fun and beautiful and wowed their guests!

Being from out of state they had some logistical challenges with it being 2 hours from the nearest metro area.
