We are constantly adding new resources. As we do, you get them delivered to your virtual office.
Initial meeting to collect all the details and talk through details you may not have considered.
We create your timeline and master setup list to make sure everyone and everything has a plan and everyone involved knows it
Take over communication and collaborate with you and your vendors to make sure your timeline works for everyone involved
We coordinate who is doing what and when
Create a floor plan to maximize space
Set up a final venue walk through with you and your venue and caterer
Have a final details meeting to make sure we’ve thought through everything
Communicate all final details to you and your vendors
We take care of any last minute details that need to be handled
Run rehearsal and/or support your officiant
Make sure everyone involved knows when and where they need to be
Handle problems as they come up. You’ll only hear from us if it’s going to cost you money or is a big change to the plan (such as we need to change to a Plan B because of weather)
Lead and assistant planner are on site for the duration of your event to make sure everything gets setup and we are sticking to our timeline so you can enjoy everything as planned.
Set up and pack up any personal decor
Distribute any final payments or tips to your vendors as needed
Follow up with vendors after the event
Give you next steps once you get back from your honeymoon.
