A venue coordinator is there for the facilities. This person is there to make sure the venue policies are being followed and can answer any questions specifically about the venue.
All of our packages include “Event Management” which focuses on you, the couple, by communicating, coordinating, and directing vendors, wedding party, family and guests so that you can enjoy your day!

Our smallest package starts at $2,000 for Event Management, which is our version of a “day of” or “month of” wedding coordinator. Our Event Management package begins 60 days out.
We also have tailor made packages for smaller gatherings, elopements, and micro weddings that begin at $500 depending on the services you desire.
We also provide a new clarity call to help shake out any details you may need help with for $185 for a 90 minute session that includes our planning resources.
It is a priority to me to serve my clients fully, that means we limit the number of weddings we take each year in order to give a higher level of service. My goal is always to exceed your expectations!

Short answer is no. In order to best serve our couples we want to make sure we know everything you know. That takes time, effort, and attention to detail. Our smallest package that is comparable to “day-of” is our event management package that begins 60 days out.
Yes! We love to travel. The majority of our weddings are in Colorado however we would love to travel to anywhere your “I dos” take you!
We try to work with clients as best we can and have created packages for different budgets, including our clarity call which can be used for couples who don’t have the budget for a planner and/or having a friend/family member be their day of coordinator.
Most packages include one day-of-assistant. For weddings at one location with 150 or less guests we will include 1 assistant. Weddings with more than 150 guests and/or at 2 locations will require an additional assistant. Additional costs will be added to your event package.
