Sarah Jane and Ross planned an amazing wedding on a ranch in Steamboat, Colorado. When I first talked to Sarah Jane she emphasized how important it was for them to spend time with their people throughout their wedding weekend. They had family and friends that came from around the country.

One of the biggest challenges was making sure everything traveled the three hours from Denver to Steamboat Springs. That is part of why we create a master setup list so that we have a detailed list of who is transporting what where. Especially with a destination wedding, it’s helpful to have a detailed list of everything and who is delivering it.
