When Spencer & Curtis first reached out to us, they were planning their dream destination wedding in Carbondale, Colorado—a place close to their hearts, as Curtis’s dad lived there. They had fallen in love with the idea of exchanging vows in the mountains, surrounded by breathtaking scenery.

One of the biggest challenges we see with mountain venues in Colorado is the lack of access to full kitchens and modern amenities. Spencer was concerned that their chosen venue would require a costly build-out just to accommodate their needs. We stepped in to source a team of experienced vendors who could seamlessly work within the venue’s unique limitations—ensuring their wedding was both stunning and logistically sound.

As their wedding day approached, we faced an unexpected twist: a forecast predicting torrential downpours—something rare for Colorado, especially given their mostly outdoor wedding plans. With quick thinking and expert coordination, we secured a tent just days before the wedding, adjusted the setup, and ensured that every guest stayed dry and comfortable.

Despite the last-minute changes, the day went off beautifully. The newlyweds celebrated with their loved ones, dancing late into the night under the twinkling lights of their transformed space.
