If you’re looking for inspiration for a green and white wedding, look no further! This styled shoot at Burning Sky Farm features tons of lush greenery, pops of crisp white, and a mix of natural and modern elements throughout. Complete with a rainbow to end the day, this styled shoot is one of our favorites to date!
Lush Green Florals
This styled shoot was inspired by the venue, Burning Sky Farm, which is a private residence. We fell in love with the venue at first sight as the home features European architecture elements which is not common in much of Colorado. Burning Sky Farm’s stone finishes and pond inspired the use of natural elements to bring the design to life. We wanted to use lush, green florals with lots of texture to complement the landscape and the vines that cover the buildings. If you’re looking for green and white wedding inspiration, this floral design would be great inspiration!
Modern Table Design with Natural Elements
For more green and white wedding inspiration, check out this table design. Cement, stone, and acrylic elements were brought in to bring a modern touch to an old world space. The lush green florals continued on the table where we incorporated fruit to add some unexpected elements to the design. The color of the cement was continued throughout the design with the use of Chanderie’s spanish moss colored candles. As a nod to the old world style, we featured a white glass chandelier that was made to look like it was part of its surroundings.
Ending the Day with a Rainbow
The dress by Lea-Ann Belter Bridal mirrored the texture of the florals with their long stems and anthurium like patterns perfectly. The dark green suit by SuitShop was a beautiful contrast to the lighter greens used throughout the design. We got some amazing shots of the couple throughout the property while we battled the threat of rain all day. However, we were rewarded with a rainbow accenting our cake “jungle” which is our fun take on the cake meadow! For the cake, we chose a simple three tier white cake with a silver band around the top layer to provide contrast to the lush green florals. This cake “jungle” would be perfect for a green and white wedding!
We loved taking inspiration from Burning Sky Farm’s stone finishes and pond to design this styled shoot. The unexpected green florals and fruit along with the pops of white throughout really elevated this design. We loved creating this unique shoot which is great inspiration for a green and white wedding!
