1. What is your venue’s style? Where is it located?

We want your wedding floral design to be cohesive and make sense. Taking the style of your venue into consideration can give you direction and help narrow down what elements will best highlight the space. If you’re getting married in a hot or cold location (outdoors particularly), flowers that easily wilt may be too difficult to work with. In that case, you’ll want to talk to your florist about flowers that can withstand those temperatures.

What type of tables are you using – round or banquet? If you’re using linens, what color are they? What all is included in the place setting? What type of dinner service are you having? If you’re having a plated dinner, then plates won’t be on the table. If you’re having family style, then you’ll need space on the table to pass/set down platters.
