Alea and Ashley, the owners of Juniper Mountain House, have transformed this Bed and Breakfast into a boutique, mountain inn, perfect place for a getaway. I can truly attest that this venue feels like home away from home and is such peaceful place to enjoy your wedding weekend.
Meadow Ceremony
Their meadow ceremony location is tucked beautifully among the trees. It includes the ceremony platform, locally handmade benches, and the option to include an arch. The space is draped with bistro lights that provide the perfect ambiance to kick off your wedding celebration. This ceremony location is just a quarter mile walk from the main house. The ceremony site is included for groups over 20 people in their micro wedding package but can be added on to any of their smaller wedding packages.
The Deck
The deck, which is getting a facelift as of March 2022, can be used for your wedding ceremony or your wedding reception depending on your choice of package. It’s a great dual use space with beautiful mountain views. This would be an ideal location for ceremonies with guests that have mobility issues, as the trail to the meadow requires a steeper climb and is a bit of a walk.
Included in the price of your rental are these gorgeous farm tables. Not only does it seamlessly go with the space, it also saves you money by not requiring additional linens to be rented to cover the tables. The soft glow of bistro lights give the deck a cozy feel, especially when those seats are filled with your people!

The Whole Lodge Rental
Included in your venue rental is one night of a whole lodge rental! The house includes 5 beautifully designed rooms, that sleep a total of 11 guests. Your rental can be used for the night of your wedding for up to 11 total people. This includes exclusive access to all of the rooms, lounges, the pool table and hot tub.
Changes Coming To Juniper
The Decks
There are lots of exciting changes coming to Juniper Mountain House this year. With the main house and lodge rooms completed, construction started December 2021 on the new covered deck. This renovation includes an expansion of the main deck along with covering it so that it can be utilized all year long. The smaller upstairs deck will also be expanded and given a facelift! I perfect place to catch mountain views and for pre ceremony hangs. The Deck construction will be done March 2022 and ready to host wedding for the 2021 wedding season.
Treehouses
When Alea and Ashley bought Juniper Mountain House they actually weren’t looking for a Bed and Breakfast or a micro wedding venue. They are initially looking for land to build luxury treehouses. This past December, they were approved by the county to start construction on the treehouses that will surround the path from the meadow to the main house. The goal is to build 8 tree houses around the property in total with construction starting on the first of the tree houses summer 2022. We can’t wait to see this dream come to life – and stay in treehouses.
